What would be some of your go-to must haves you'd recommend for someone who loves makeup but uses mostly drugstore brands and wants to get a few things as a treat? I know there could probably be so many things. But im scared to spend money on something fancy and expensive, and not like it. Foundation, eye lashes, blush, eyeshadow.. those kinda things.
